To request a copy of an Escalon Police Department police report, you must complete and submit a records request form. Keep in mind that not all reports can be released to the public. Although there are exceptions, the following types of police reports generally cannot be released to the public:
-Reports with juveniles listed as suspects or victims
-Reports for medical aids (Including 5150 W&I holds)
-Reports for active cases with viable leads that are being investigated
