All registration is done at the Recreation Department. Forms are available at the office or on the Recreation Department webpage. Forms and payment (cash or check) must be submitted together.

FEES & DIVISIONS
Divisions are based on child’s age as of November 1
	3-4	Tots	$30
	5-6	Squirts	$35
	7-8	Pee Wee	$40
	9-10	Minors	$40
	11-14	Majors/Sr	$45
If a low registration is being experienced, we will combine affected Divisions.

Attendance at evaluations is essential in drafting balanced teams.
