REGISTRATION RUNS OCTOBER THRU NOVEMBER 15, 2012
Residents & Non-residents Welcome!

All registration is done at the Recreation Department. Forms are available at the office or on the Recreation Department webpage. Forms and payment (cash or check) must be submitted together.

FEES & DIVISIONS
Divisions are based on child’s grade at time of registration.
	Pre-K (ages 3-4)	$30
	K-1	$35
	2-3	$35
	4-5	$35
	6-9	$35
If a low registration is being experienced, we will combine affected Divisions.
