Welcome Aboard!

eTrans is Escalon’s own bus system. The door-to-door dial-a-ride service operates within the City of Escalon and provides connection to Riverbank. The intercity Route 1 service operates between theDowntown Escalon Park and Ride Lot and Northwest Modestoserving Kaiser Permanente, Vintage Faire Mall and destinations on Kiernan Avenue, Dale Road, McHenry Avenue and Standiford Avenue. Transit Services are funded with State Transportation Development Act (TDA), Measure K and FederalTransit Administration Section 5311 funds. All transit services provided by eTrans are open and available to the general public.

eTrans bus passes are available for sale at Escalon City Hall at 2060 McHenry Avenue in Escalon, Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to5 p.m. Bus passes can also be purchased on the bus from the bus operator. Click herefor eTrans fares.

eTrans Rider Alerts

RTD has discontinued General Public Dial-A-Ride service effective July 31, 2017. In order to travel between Escalon and Manteca, you will need to use RTD GO! through the UBER App between any destination in Escalon andManteca Transit Center. Please visit their website for more information.

INFORMATIONAL MEETING ABOUT REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION PLAN – FEBRUARY 26, 2018 AT ESCALON CITY HALL

SJCOG will hold an informational meeting on Monday, February 26, at Escalon
City Hall, located at 2060 McHenry Avenue. The purpose of the meeting is to preview the 2018
Draft Regional Transportation Plan and Sustainable Communities Strategy (RTP/SCS), which
will be released for a 55-day public comment period on March 2. Members of the public will
have an opportunity to preview elements of the plan and ask questions of staff. .

The meeting will be held in an open-house style format from 5:30 – 7:00p.m. Exhibits will cover
the Plan’s impact on both the city of Escalon and the general region of San Joaquin County.
Topics will include but are not limited to: transportation investments, performance metrics, and
project development. All interested persons are invited to attend. If you are unable to attend the
